Senior Learning and Development Specialist
The City of Chesapeake is seeking a motivated, experienced, continuous learning professional to coordinate the City’s L&D program as well as serve as its primary facilitator. The primary functions are facilitation; curriculum development to include a web-based learning platform; needs assessment; research and analysis to include recommendations to management; policy and program development and maintenance.
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of professional experience. Thorough knowledge of curriculum development and various adult learning styles is also required. Master’s degree, MBTI and/or CPLP certifications preferred.
